All orders at Mr Hoppy to be made by telephone or through the website. All prices on the website in pounds sterling are inclusive of VAT 20%. Please make all cheques payable to JPR Wholesale Ltd. When you place an order with us you will receive an email to confirm the details of the order, billing and delivery. We will send you a further email to inform you of the order’s dispatch with a predicted delivery date. We will contact you regarding any problems with your order such as availability.
Mr Hoppy may cancel any sale if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue products at any time. You are responsible for disclosure and payment of any import duties or taxes which may apply when products are delivered. We do our best to make sure your products are delivered on time but we cannot be held liable for a late delivery as we are relying on a 3rd party.
We always try to make sure prices on Mr Hoppy are correct but in the event that there is an error with a price or product we will inform you as soon as possible. We will then give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or canceling the order with a full refund
We will debit the money from your account within two working days after receiving your order. This includes if there is a delay on the order.
Cheques are only accepted from within the U.K.
We aim to deliver all in stock items within 3 working days. Only in stock items can be added in to the basket. If an order is placed for an item which has become out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible with a date as to when the item is due back in stock, and with a new expected delivery date. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock then we aim to get it back in stock and delivered within 10 working days from the order being placed.

At Mr Hoppy your security is our top priority, so we do not pass on any of your details to other companies. Our website has a 128 bit ssl3 encryption so security is assured.
In the event that our couriers are struggling with a delivery we may pass on your contact details so they can contact you to gain delivery instructions.
We try to keep Mr Hoppy as up to date as possible but in the event that a product is no longer available then we will notify you as soon as possible to arrange either an exchange or a full refund for your order.
All purchases from Mr Hoppy must be paid in full before delivery. We will continue to own, and reserve the right to repossess any goods sold from our website until payment has been received and cleared in full. Payments are accepted on most credit or debit cards. Please allow 5 working days for clearance of personal cheques.
Terms of Sale
All purchases made are subject to these terms and conditions and they do not affect your statutory rights.
Items ordered from us can be returned within a 7 day cooling off period. Customers in the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase up to 7 days after their goods have been received. If you decide in this cooling off period that you would like to return your items then we will refund you for the items once we have received them back from you. We DO NOT refund original postage on your order or the costs for you to send the items back to us. We will cover the costs of returning the goods if the items have been sent out incorrectly. The items must be in resalable condition and in original packaging complete with all instructions and accessories. You must exercise the right to cancel an order by informing us by email within the time period between the day the order is placed and up to 7 days after you have received your order. Once your return has been accepted, we will refund the purchase price of the goods within 7 days of receiving and checking the goods are as new and in resalable condition.
All damages must be reported to us by email within 24 hours and signed for as damaged if possible. If possible please send us a photograph of the damaged goods as this will help us deal with the issue. Under no circumstances sign the delivery note "unchecked" this is not recognised by carriers as sufficient to lodge an insurance claim if the items delivered are damaged. Any damaged or faulty items may be replaced or refunded in line with our 7 day returns policy. If we sent out an item to you incorrectly please contact us immediately and we will do our best to swap it for the correct item as soon as possible providing we have them in stock.
